JON LETTS is Director of Norman Broadbent, a leading executive search firm based in London where he leads the technology practice. Prior to this Mr. Letts was VP of International Operations at Pentasafe Security Technologies Inc, a US based supplier of security applications for MNCs. Mr. Letts has been in the IT industry for 24 years and previously served as General Manager of BMC Software. Prior to this Mr. Letts held several executive positions at Informix Software and Siemens Nixdorf. He is a British national and holds a BSc in Engineering from Surrey University.
    Prof. Dr. FRANCOIS GREY is a director at IMC, Denmark's national technology centre and been the research leader of the Nanotechnology Group since 1994. MIC creates start-up companies in the field of integrated optics, semiconductor nanofabrication and microinstrument design. Mr. Grey also holds a leading position at CERN in Geneva, where he is involved in bridging the gap between research and industry. Prof. Grey has also been involved in the next generation development of the internet at CERN, code-named the Grid. François Grey is Canadian and British, performed research in Japan, Germany and Denmark and writes for the Economist.
    Prof. Dr. WILLIAM CARNEY is professor of International Marketing at Institute de Empresa in Madrid, Spain and associate professor at Thunderbird. Prof. Carney is also a member of the high-tech entrepreneurship program at the Swiss Institute of Technology in Lausanne and was previously Program Director at IMD in Lausanne and prior to this held various positions at General Motors. Prof. Carney is a US national living in Switzerland and lectures around the globe on the subject of International Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
    Prof. Dr. ARI-PEKKA HAMERI is Professor of Operations Management at HEC, a University based in Lausanne and is the Research Director of the Helsinki Institute of Technology from where he was seconded to CERN, amongst other projects to develop the next generation web infrastructure, named the Grid. Prof. Hameri is one of the founders of Single Source OY, a project management software company based in Finland. He is Finnish and holds a Ph.D in Technology from the Helsinki University of Technology and has published over 50 books, journals or conference papers throughout his career.
    Dr. HAYAO NAKAHARA is the founder and president of NT Information Ltd, a New York and Tokyo based leading microelectronics consulting firm focusing on technology trends and manufacturing processes in the areas of semiconductor packaging, substrates and PWB sectors. Dr. Nakahara is Japanese, publishes in sector journals in Germany, France, Japan and the US and is also a consulting editor to PC Fabrication in the US. He has published numerous papers on CAD systems, substrate technologies and other sectors in the microelectronics field.
    CHRISTOPHER REES is Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Worldwide for ip.access, a Cambridge based producer of Picocells and Femtocells for the mobile phone industry. Chris started his career at IBM where he spent 8 years in various Sales, Marketing and Management roles in the UK and abroad. He then worked for AMS for several years prior to joining Geneva Technology as part of the senior management team and helped grow the company from 100 to 450 people in 18 months culminating in Geneva being acquired by Convergys for $ 700m. Chris then became Director of PwC's Menlo Park Europe Technology Team, covering Telecommunications and Networking software technologies and leveraging his experience in various M&A and Consulting engagements. Chris holds a degree in Mathematics and Electronic Engineering degree and has Austrian and British Nationality.
    ROBERT ROGERS is a serial entrepreneur and is currently developing his 5th start up after his last role as the founder and President of 3PARData Inc, a high speed storage company based in Fremont, California. Prior to this he was founder and VP Operations of Rapid City Communications (now Nortel), founder and VP Operations of Auspex Systems (now listed on NASDAQ). Prior to this Mr. Rogers was VP of manufacturing at Bridge Communications (now 3COM) and held various management positions at Applied Materials and Fairchild Semiconductors. Mr. Rogers is a US citizen, based in Silicon Valley since 1972 and holds a BSBA and MA from the University of Redlands in California.
    MARK VLASSOPULOS is the co-founder and president of Eight Wonder, a global resort and gaming developer based in Las Vegas, US. Prior to this Mark was founder and president of Asia Net Media based in Singapore and the president of Billboardlive Multi Media, a corporation based in Las Vegas involved with on-line web based multi media. Prior to this Mr. Vlassopulos was the founder of Panorama Leisure based in Singapore and held senior positions at Juliana’s, a UK public leisure group. Mr. Vlassopulos is a British citizen, holds a BA in Finance from City of London University and an MBA from Cranfield University.

    Albert DE HEER is President of Delta Car Trade, a Swiss based company which has developed unique application software for the automotive sector which it is using to provide supply chain platforms for dealers across Europe. Prior to founding Delta Car Trade, Albert de Heer managed CNET Channel from 1999 to 2003, a subsidiary company of the American group CNET Networks proposing E-business solutions to the companies of the world data-processing market. CNET Channel was formed starting from a Swiss company, GDT S.A., founded in 1986 by Albert de Heer and was purchased in 1999 by CNET Networks. GDT was the leader of the electronic information-product for e-commerce of IT products. Albert de Heer created many other companies and has significant experience in distribution networks. He is a Dutch national, graduated at the Swiss Federal Institute for Technology of Lausanne (EPFL) and speaks French, English, German and Dutch.

    ARND KALDOWSKI is global head of commercial operations at Leica Microsystems, part of the Danaher Group, in the US. Prior to that he was divisional manager at Siemens Medical Systems in California with world-wide responsibility for his product lines. Previous to this he gained 9 years of experience in top management consulting and venture capital. He was engaged in physics research in the US, spent 5 years in top management consulting in Munich at The Boston Consulting Group and has advised on numerous venture capital deals in the technology sectors in Europe, both at Firestorm Ventures and Atila Ventures. ARND KALDOWSKI has German citizenship and has a Masters Degree in physics from Darmstadt university and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
