Our investment process is simple but detailed: We are frequently contacted by interested and interesting ventures We then receive their business plans We contact the venture after reviewing the business plans We set up a management meeting if there is a mutual interest to proceed We discuss the ways Atila and its Investment Committee can support the venture's growth We perform research and due diligence on the company that focuses on "MCT" market, competition & technology (see Due Diligence) We perform management reference checks We perform detailed valuation analysis combining Atila's Operating Scoring Matrix with traditional financial methods (see Valuation) We have a series of go / no go check points along the way (see Due Diligence) We typically require between 3 and 4 weeks to reach a final investment decision, however the time required for legal completion depends on the country.
