STEPHEN REES has 20 years of experience in general management and venture capital, 14 years of which in the
technology sector. He successfully founded and built-up Astron Group, a microelectronics business with 2,000 employees in Hong Kong and
China supplying leading corporations world-wide such as Siemens, Motorola and Alcatel,, was executive board member at Flextronics Inc., a $10
billion technology group with 45.000 employees and quoted on NASDAQ,
executed numerous global M&A-transactions, sits on the board of various
VC firms in Europe and Asia, managed and exited successful VC deals in Asia, the US and Europe and previously held senior management positions
in the IT industry. STEPHEN REES holds both Austrian and British citizenship, has a degree in Production Engineering from the HTL St. Pölten
in Austria and a degree in Finance from the City of London Business School. STEPHEN REES is the founding partner of Atila Ventures. |

Prof.
Dr. THOMAS M. BAYERL has over 20 years of experience in high-technology research and venture
capital. He spent 4 years as partner of a leading German venture
capital firm with a focus on seed financing and previously was
full-time professor of Biophysics at the University of Würzburg
in Germany, a member of the German Neutron Research Council and
member of the Neutron Advisory Panels at the Institute
Laue-Langevin in Grenoble, France and at the Rutherford Appleton
Laboratory, Oxford, UK. He is also a founder of Nimbus
Biotechnologie GmbH, Leipzig, Germany and member of its board. He
served as Chairman of the board of Panoratio Database Image GmbH
in Munich and as member of the board of Optun Inc., Santa Clara,
USA. Prof. Bayerl is a German national and has authored ca. 100
scientific publications.

STEFAN
EISHOLD has 17 years of experience in general management, top management
consulting and private equity. He started his career in management
consulting at LEK Consulting in London and Munich, held various
senior industry positions in management and M&A-functions,
including successfully developing a start-up in the rail industry,
and spent 5 years as CEO of a leading German media company, which
he successfully IPOed in 2000. He has also advised on numerous
deals in the media and technology sectors. STEFAN EISHOLD has
German citizenship, a Masters degree from the European Business
School and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Dr. ALEX BEZINGE has 20 years of experience
in research, management and venture capital, all of which in the technology
sector. He spent 6 years in research at Geneva University and the IBM
Almaden Research Centre before managing R&D at a microelectronics manufacturer,
becoming Director of Engineering and Manufacturing for a producer of
precision instrumentation, followed by Managing Director of a successful
microelectronics business and later Managing Director of a multinational
high-tech manufacturer. He has executed numerous M&A-transactions and
has advised on VC deals across Europe. ALEX BEZINGE holds Swiss citizenship,
has a Masters degree in Physics from EPF Zürich, a PhD in Physics from
Geneva University and performed post-graduate work in Management at
INSEAD and Stanford.

Silvia DE PETRA is responsible for accounting, finance and
administration at Atila Venture Partners Ltd's Swiss Branch in
Lausanne. Mrs De Petra has 4 years experience in Venture Capital and
has been responsible for managing the legal, accounting and
controlling function for AVP's portfolio of companies in 6 countries
since 2002. Mrs De Petra is a French and Italian national, speaks
English, French and Italian fluently, received her Maturité
Fédérale and Baccalauréat in Sciences and Mathematics and is
completing the second part of the Swiss Chartered Accounting and
Finance degree. Prior to this Mrs De Petra also studied Biology at the
University of Lausanne and Chemistry at the University of CLC in the
US.

SIMON MILLER has 23 years of experience in financial accounting, corporate finance, investment research
and venture capital. He was a financial accountant at Arthur Anderson in London and then spent 13 years in
European investment research and management in the financial services sector, at BZW, Schroders and UBS.
Since then he has been in a senior management position in investment banking, involved in numerous M&A
transactions and has advised on many VC deals in the technology sectors in Europe and the US. SIMON MILLER
has British citizenship, has a degree in Law from Exeter University, UK and is a qualified chartered
accountant.

market position, managed numerous M&A transactions, founded several technology start-ups and has advised
on numerous VC deals in the US and Europe. Dr. THOMAS FREUDENBERG has German citizenship and has a
Masters Degree and PhD in business administration from the universities of HEC in Paris, Cologne and St.Gall

Ltd based in Bermuda, responsible for all operational aspects of
the company Mr. Dunstan has had over 20 years experience in

and shipping. He has also been involved in leasing and other
off-balance sheet financing instruments throughout his career. Mr.
Dunstan is a Bermuda and British citizen and received a Bachelor
of Commerce from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. |

Bermuda
. She practices in the area of commercial and company law and also
venture capital and mutual funds. Jennifer Eve studied law at the

Kent

England
. She was called to the Bar of England and
Wales
in 2003 and thereafter to the Bermuda Bar. She is a member of the
Honourable Society of Lincoln’s
Inn
and published a paper recently on a new licensing regime to

JAMES KEYES is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of
Atila Venture Partners Ltd and has served as a Director since
2000. Mr. Keyes is also a Partner at one of the leading law firms
in Bermuda where he has practiced in the area of corporate and
commercial law, particularly venture capital, hedge and mutual
funds, corporate finance and securities since 1993. Mr. Keyes
worked with Freshfields law firm in London from 1989 to 1992.
James attended Oxford University in England and graduated (M.A.
with Honours) as a Rhodes Scholar. He was called to the bar of
England & Wales in 1991 and to the Bermuda Bar in 1993. Mr.
Keyes is a frequent speaker at hedge fund conferences and
contributes to legal journals, most recently to the International
Financial Markets Guide - 2004 edition. He is a member of the
Bermuda International Business Association’s committee on
collective investment schemes. |
